What you hold, and what it is worth
Your position, the round it came from and the share register as it stands today — not a screenshot of how it stood when somebody last remembered to send one.
Payments and statements
Every payment recorded against your holding, with the statement for each period. A figure corrected later never quietly rewrites the statement you were already given.
Documents, signed in place
Agreements and reports arrive in your documents, and anything needing a signature is signed here — no third-party signing service, no separate account to create.
How access works
An administrator opens the investor pages on a named account, and you are emailed when that happens. If you were invited before you had an account, create one first and the access attaches to it. Leaving a role at Routa ends an employment, not a shareholding — investor access is held separately for exactly that reason.
